At delivery, due to the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, you will be walked through a PDI (Pre-Delivery-Inspection), performed by a SmartWay LLC tehnical inspector. This PDI describes the vehicle condition at the delivery and should be kept if the vehicle needs to be returned. When a complaint is raised for a delivered vehicle, the Seller is paid only after the issue is resolved and You are satisfied with the resolution.
